Try this, it is the only site I can find it on.

It looks like something I would try. Maybe someone on the forum has tried it.

I haven't been able to find the Bill Dance model in BPS's online store nor in the new catalog that came recently. Cabela's had a version of the same remover - not Dance's brand - that was almost identical in design. I can't find it in any of Cabela's current catalogs or online store.
I bought one of the Cabela's version last year. It does work o.k., but I found it a bit cumbersome and time consuming to get it on the line and positioned correctly to work properly. After five or six uses I tossed it into a storage compartment on my boat and haven't dug it out since. In my experience, a pair of 8" stainless steel pliers is easier and quicker for 99% of my needs. The pliers are far superior for removing treble hooks. The one place where a hook remover is necessary is to remove a deep hook when fishing with live bait. I have found the best kind to be some version of the Rapala hook remover that's been around for a long time.

Thats the one I prefer, bacause you can see what you are doing better than with the Bill Dance model
Rebs,
Go with an 8 inch pair of needle nose pliars.
Also, if you don't have one in your boat, get a cutter that will clip hooks.
Essentially, these are small bolt cutters.
Very very important to have on on the boat, for the times where you can't get a hook out of a fish, or worst case, where a hook gets into a person.
It is very effective to cut the hook and then finish the surgery without having any of the rest of the bait hanging around.
I have tried a dozen different hook removers -= none of which I will name. But all somewhat similar in design to the one you are searching. I have discarded them all and simply use the needle nose pliars. Comfortable and easy to use.
Take care

I do keep a pair of hook cutters in the boat for cutting treble hooks when muskie fishing and for emergencies
