Well we can sure create messes for ourselves...Tradegy on the Detroit today as yet undetermined amount of Oil (speculated over 500 gallons)...looks to be a whole lot more... spilled into and onto hundreds of thousands spawning walleyes...looks like a mess...boats coming off with oil all over and in livewells...It's really disheartening...Tourneys can always go somewhere else but doing that to the fishery/ecosystem really had me down today...hope we can get it cleaned up quick...Mark

I saw that on CNN earlier but I did not catch the whole story. That is terrible. I hope it can get cleaned up.

10 oclock news says that Elizabeth park is closed. I wonder where the MWT will go out of? Probably will be open at noon tomorrow.
Might have come from the River Rouge plant.

I was in the river for a couple of hours today and this is the result to my rig,

And no telling the damage to the environment!!!!!!!!
Had to take the guides off the were caked in sludge.

The MWT is being ran out of lake erie metro park this year.

Latest reports say 1000 to 5000 gallons in the 2 rivers.
