Got it done!!!

HELP!!!

I broke off my transducer and I need to replace it. I have a LCX112C it looks like it is hooked up to a NMEA 2000 network. I can see the a double T connector under the dash. I have no idea what I have to do to replace the transducer. The connectors to the double T are not blue in color like the connector on the new replacement ( #00-6387-00) which came with the mess of paper work that came with the boat when I bought it.
What do I have to do to replace the broken one. Is there a place inside the boat side that might have a adapter for the blue connector on the replacement, if so how do I get to it?
I have never had a network before and barely understand it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Talked to Lowrance support and found out both are interchangeable with no lose.

Now after taking a look at how to pull the cable out...I am afraid I am not going to be able, there no give at either end to the existing cable
will I have to leave it there and how do I get the new cable through that access tunnel?
Is it possibe to splice on a new head to the existing cable?

Tom.

OK I'm onto it. the blue connector goes to the sonar unit not the double t..DAH...After looking at the one on the boat now it has seven gold plugs and my replacement only has five...Does that mean I will not get temp sendings from this replacement???

Both transducers are HST-WSBL Wide angle but like I said the broken one has seven gold pins and the new one only five...what am I missing here???
