silver thread

I normally use Berkley XT for my line counters. I was in a situation where I needed new line fast and they only had Berkley Silver Thread.
I will be using this line for walleye on Saginaw Bay.

Has anybody had an experience with this line?? What are your opinions.

I assume that you mean Bagely - silver thread. If so - great line - and recently had a long post on its effectivness, and its abrasion resistence over time. Enjoy the fishing.

Silver thread is good stuff. I've used it and been real happy with it. There's a lot of good mono out there besides Berkley, although the Berkley folks don't want you to know that.... ;)
