In case you're not familiar with this rod, here are the details from the Loomis website:

I've never used this rod, due to a debilitating case of arthritis, but the reason I bought it was a friend let me try out his IMX 781 up on Leech Lake and I fell head over heels in love with it. I was able to cast my smaller raps a country mile, over the weed beds around Goose Island, and found it to be extremely sensitive; so much so that I was immediately able to detect even smallest snagged weed. I only caught one 16" eye with it but being that it's #1 power, that eye felt like an extremely frisky lunker.
I'm asking $195.00, which includes shipping in a PVC tube and full insurance. As you probably already know, the shipping companies have an obsession with breaking all the rods they can lay their hands on, hence the PVC tube and full insurance.

Note: I changed my comments due to the fact that I could not substantiate the information that my friend provided me regarding landing several 7 pound walleyes with his 781. I don't doubt his word but since I was not present at the time, I have no wish to mislead anyone as to exactly what size fish this rod can handle.
