I dont know much about boats but I do know the a lund tyee is an excelent boat. I just love to fish out of it. if you are strictly into fishing then i would say go far the proV. If you want to pleaser boat some what get a the Tyee. The Tyee is a great fishing boat but yet you can do more pleaser boating such as watersports and just plain crussin around. Me dream fishing boat is the ProV but i would never get it becase just once in a while i would like to cruse around and enjoy the lake.

We own an 1800 Pro V IFS, and I would suggest going with the IFS. It has the full windshield, full raintop, and the sides are not nearly as high as the Tyee which makes it alot easier to get in from the water (we do some skiing too). Nothing wrong with either though just a matter of preference. Im not sure if your looking used or new, but you should go new. Good luck with that. morriscode
