Need some buying info between the two. I know several are using the DTS and love it, but is it worth the price difference over the Hyd steer. And how much more am I looking at for the DTS?

I think you are confusing DTS (Digital Throttle Shift) with power steering. The power steering is an option on certain Verado's. As far as price comparison, I do not have the exact numbers, but power steering is the way to go if you can swing it.

Thanks for the correction, but doesn't DTS come as part of the power steer option?

Can you test drive them both? To me, the answer became clear on the water. Digital steer, and Digital shift all the way. I'm not a very good boat operator, so I need all the help I can get.

I think you could get DTS without hyd. steering, but if you can swing them both I agree with above post, do it. Both are very nice. I really like my Smart-Craft system too.
