was wondering how well these boats do in rough water, and if it is rough how wet of a ride they are ... any info would be great thanks

I have the 182TS in my personel opinion for a tin boat it beats the heck out of my old Lund for handling, and ride in rough water. In wind the 182 really shines over my old Lund the Lund has such high sides when fishing I was getting pushed around all over the place. I don`t care what type of boat you have at some point and time you will get wet in rough water. I sometimes got wet in my Lund and sometimes I get wet in my 182.

I have own a 05 192 since it was new. It's a great boat, handles rough water as well as any 19 ft aluminum boat. My boat has duel bubbles, my next Crestliner will have a full windshield . It's a little on the wet side.

I've had an '05 192 DC since 2006 and have had it on LOTW close to 100 days. There have been a few times I've gotten soaked when I didn't think the conditions were that bad, but overall it's a good boat, especially for the price range. I'm told the 202 is a much better ride. I also heard Crestliner discontinued the 192. If I was doing it again I'd definitely get the walk through. If you get one make sure it's propped with a Tempest. Mine came with a Laser and that prop doesn't have enough lift for the big deep V tin boats.
