I am thinking about joining the NPAA. Do they accept applications at any time or is there only a certain time of the year when they accept new members.

I have already visited that website. It doens't specify wether they accept new members any time of the year.

Contact the office and talk to Jim or Mike McClelland. They can fill you in on availablity of memberships etc. If there are openings, joining NPAA is not limited to any time of the year.
