Lowrance (Navico, Sportsmans Outfitters, LLC) was required to respoond to the complaint filed by Humminbird re: alleged patent infringement. The response was 13 pages and listed both the allegations and the response. Essentially, there was much:

"Defendant Sportsman’s Outfitters, LLC lacks knowledge
or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of the allegations
of paragraph X, and therefore denies same."

and:

"Defendant Sportsman’s Outfitters, LLC denies the
allegations contained in paragraph X of Plaintiffs’ complaint and demands
strict proof thereof."

Pretty vanilla and expected type responses.

As I've said before, this is going to take a while. For those of you that believe differently, I'll bet you a crankbait. ;)
