Lowe 1710 Tiller

Does anybody have any info or opinions on a Lowe 1710 tiller? My neighbor has one for sale that he thinks is a 1993 model and is very clean. He was given the boat and has never used it. He had the boat serviced this spring and the 60 Hp evinrude checked out good. The boat seems solid, I am not sure but it seems to have a aluminum floor covered by carpet. Any input or info would be great, I am a "Lund Alaskan" kind of guy, but the buget will not allow a new one at this time.

I read this site every day at lunch for all the good info. but have never posted. Any info would be great.
