Alum closed at night?

Friday night I wnet to Alum cCreek Res. to fish the dam about 10:30 and the parking lot where you park to fish on the dam was chained off. I was wandering why. I was there a couple of weeks ago about 9:30 and there was about 20 guys fishing there. Have they closed it to night fishing because of a problem or what?

I would call the state park office. It sure would be a bummer to get back to your truck after fishing for several hours and find out you were locked in.
