Trolling Thunder Battery 24 volt

I have used a trolling thunder battery pack 24 volt system the last two years and it has worked great. I just got the boat out last weak and hooked up the onboard charger system and it seems like half of the trolling pack isn't charging completely. Can anyone predict how this will shorten my battery life? Will this battery die quickly? It seems like the other half is fully charged. Can anyone give me some advice or pointers?

I had one of those batteries as well and the same thing happened. Throw the battery away, it is no longer any good. I fought with hawker energy and couldn't win. They ended up giving me 2 trojon batteries that are 100 times better than the trolling thunder ever was. Sorry to deliver the bad news.
