Temperature Probe stopped working on my new Eagle Fishmark 240

I took my new Eagle Fishmark 240 out for the first time this morning and it was working great for the first 3 hours , then I noticed that my temperature was reading 0.0, it was reading fine for the first three hours then nothing, coundn't get any kind of reading just 0.0. Was wondering if anyone with newer Eagle/Lowrance electronics have had such a problem, any info or solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated .
