How does a guy get into the Lund factory tournament? Other than owning a Lund are there any other requirements and are they even going to have on this year?
Send me an email and I can send you the rules form. The Lund Mania tournament will be on July 2nd, and follows pretty much the same format as last year. $300 entry, the payout is not defined yet to the best of my knowledge. 50 boats is a full field. Technically I think this is a New York Mills Chamber tournament - but understandably a heavy dose of Lund in New York Mills.
It will be a CRR team event again, with an observer in the boat. But there is a condition written in the rules that allows the organizers to modify the observer situation. It's pretty hard to come up with that many volunteers - they did a great job finding volunteers last year. I can only imagine how much work it was to get them all signed up and in boats.
I signed up again, maybe this year I'll get out for a bit of prefishing?
