According to their tourney page; the MWC is having a tourney on the the 17th. Just so happens that's the only day I can make it over (2.5 hours away).

Question: Where do they launch and weigh-in?

So I can stay out of their way and get on the water before 0800?

Any locals help on alternative launches like Wyandotte, Ecourse, Erie Metroplex would be appreaciated.

I like to launch out of Belanger park when there is a tourney, its a little north of Wyandotte, a good ramp and will cost you $10, it gets fairly busy on the weekend so get there about 6:30-7 and you will be fine, it puts you on the river just north of the steel mill, a nice place for a few morning drifts

They will be launching out of Elizabeth Park and the weigh in will be right there too.

We went out this morning out of Erie Metropark at 0600 and got right in. Had first hook up 28" at daybreak. Saw all the tourney pass by and from the leader board looks like they did well too despite the blow. Been trying to get to the DR for a couple of years and can't wait to go back when it's not so gusty but the TC was not as busy as I thought it would be.
