The ice went out of Minnetonka last night. With this heat and wind, Mille Lacs can't be far behind.

Mille Lacs is usually about ten days to two weeks behind. The big sheet hasn't moved yet and it usually takes more than a week of shifting to get it to the point of 'going out'. Average is about April 26th. This year looks like Mille Lacs will be close to average. But...anything could happen.
