I need some aluminum boat cleaner that removes small rubs on boat sides and cleans to like new condition.

Lund pro-v with black vinyl strip and painted below.
Go to your favorite - auto parts store and get some westleys tire bleach.
That product is recommended by many different boat manufacturers for just such a use.
If you have physically abraded the surface, you might need to pick up a container of the finest polishing compound - with or without wax - to bring the finish back to life, after the actual rub mark has been removed with the westleys tire bleach.
