I recently purchased a Lowrance HD10 and Structure scan and the local marine shop can't get them to work. They have spent 6 hours installing and on the phone with Lowrance trouble shooting but still...nothing??? I spent $2800 on the system from Cabela's / Scheels and am now looking at a $500 labor bill for nothing!!! They tell me both units power up like they are working but the HD10 won't recognize the structure scan unit.

1. Does anyone have this setup?

2. Did you have any problems like mine?

3. Is there any chance of Lowrance doing the right thing and assisting with the labor bill?

4. What do I do now???

if the hds is new make sure it has the latest update or it won't work, i had a similar problem before i realized that i didn't update
