Insurance claim

[Gilligan]

Well they do call me Gilligan!!!...I took the lower unit out on my Verado on a rocky shoal. My nightmare wasn't so much the motor damage but concerns of dealing with runarounds and slow service of an insurance claim. What I got was anything but a nightmare, instead my claim resovled quickly, professionally and politely!

I'm glad to here this, I pride myself in customer service and depend on my companies as well. I'm a fishermen to and understand we need to get back on the water as soon as possible. Thanks again Bob Luellen
