Agreed Value?

I have a question! If I have the agreed value policy with your company and someone T-Bones and totals my boat and it is clearly their fault ,isn't their insurance going to have to pay? So am I still going to get the agreed value, their insurance company and me don't have a agreed anything. It seems like they would pay the least that they have to! Thanks Jim

If I have your boat insured with Agreed value, I don't know your real name so I can not look it up. There policy has nothing to do with your coverage, We would pay the Agreed amount. We would then go back to there company a subrograte the amount paid. I hope this helps. Thanks Bob

Jim that is actually a good question to ask.Since my boat is insured with Bob with a agreed value policy I really like his answer also that we are covered and would receive the agreed value of the policy regardless of who's fault.
