uni knot. then use a double uni to attached the leader to your line, absolutely bullet proof and you will never damage the first eye of your rod when casting in the dark....
I have searched a number of knots and tying a uni knot with 100 lb flouro is darn near impossible. I found that the canoe man's knot is very easy to tie and very strong. I got it off the Next Bite webpage. Keith shows how to tie it--its so simple and fast--you'll like it.

I tie my mainline to my floro leader with an alberto knot, try it, you'll like it. I tie my leader to my snap, lure, whatever with a palomar knot. It's a PITA but if you go slow and keep the line wet it can be done. A drop of super glue on each knot is insurance.
I crimp mine with a steel tube
