Does anyone know where they post the water level on Oahe at?

A good site to have in your favorites is the USGS web site.

You can get info on water levels for most systems in the USA in seconds. For areas of special interest to you as an angler you can right click on the appropriate chart and add it as an active desktop item. I very often have 6 on my desktop at any one time to monitor the Red River where I guide, very handy flow and depth information in real time.
