I was just wondering if anyone knows if I could buy a extension handle for my Loki net? The net I have is an 8 footer.I'm Looking for a handle that would slide into the other handle.
Thanks for the info.

I am pretty sure loki doesn't make extension handles. And I'm just curious but how long of a handle to you want?

If you cannot find an off the shelf solution, maybe you should try an extension made from PVC conduit.

I really want another 8' handle.Out in Erie we used a 12' net and it must of saved at least 3 fish.
For your particular situation; have you looked into the possibility of using an extendable aluminum boat hook?
I have a boat hook that will extend to 10 feet - that I picked up for about $25 - and it works very well, and the sections slide and lock nicely at any length.
To put a net on the end - it would be a simple matter to drill out the rivet for the boat hook and install the net.
Another - even cheaper option that might work very well for you would be a painters extension handle from your local hardware store.
I picked up a 6 foot extendable handle, and a 12 foot extendable handle - to work on my daughters new home. Both of these nice aluminum extension handles were less than $20. They are well made, and would be very usable for a landing net.
Just a thought - if you can't locate another handle.
Take care
