I think you already have guessed the answer. You will likely have interference if you run them both at the same time. If you had one on the front trolling motor and one aft, you may have been able to run them both in shallow water.

I've been doing a little adding/removing of things on the boat. One of the things I've added is a eagle next to my LMS350. I mounted the transducer next to the existing lowrance transducer, my question is is this going to cause interferance, or should I expect problems before I hit the water. cords are also ran pretty close, could seperate power cords??? any ideas, or please say its kosher....
