Anyone have any idea why my camera won't save any images any longer?...2 yrs old...changed cards and batteries...dose'nt seem to help....Tom

I have a two year old cuddeback capture and I had the same issues with the camera. I did some research and I found out that the problem was with the software/ firmware needing to be updated. I used a digital camera or just my computer to view the images from the SD card. This caused issues with the formatting of my SD card and was a reasong that my pictures were not getting saved. The cuddeback website has product firmware/software updates for the Capture series, but I don't know see any updates for the Excite. I guess I would recommend trying to contact customer service for further help. Hopefully they can help you out, but we all know how frustrating getting good customer service can be. That's the only thing I can recommend, sorry I can't help more. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply..I am sending it in..i see your from Marquette...I went to Northern 100 yrs ago....Think I lived on 4th st......Use to love to fish the harbors for Menominee and cohos...and the dead and Chocalay for salmon.....Tom
