I have a jiffy stelth with a techumsy 3 hp on it. The pinion gear has has wore up into the output shaft on the motor. Anyone ever herd of this and how can i fix this.

They have a 2 year warranty on the case..if that is applicable. But it sounds like your going to need to rebuild the case.
You may wish to contact Jiffy even if it is not under warranty now, and see what your options are for rebuild or replacement of the case.
