I am just curious as to what you are uploading into the unit that requires an mmc card that big? I have an x-15 and I have about 15 lakes uploaded onto the card including Lake St. Clair and I still have over 4 mb free. It's an 8mb card I believe. I am just curious. Maybe I am not uploading maps with the highest detail?

Thanks,
Greg

I just have a bit of experience with the X-15 asmine is pretty new. The high capacity MMC cards are desirable for recording sonar tracks. The highest capacity card is a 128 mb card. There is one put out by Sandisk, It is called an "SD" MMC card or a secure digital MMC card.

Here is a link:

I hope that comes out OK. If not just go to www.sandisk.com and do a search for "secure digital" or "sd"

I don't think there is going to be that much difference between brands of cards. Just try and get one that gives you the capacity you need. I am talking about using the cards for data storage. I don't have any experience with chart packages.
