Transducer mounting info

I am going to mount my transducer and speed/temp guage from my lms350a in the AM. How far apart should I put them apart. Also does the speed/temp have to be level with the ground or can you have it follow the contour of the hull a little. Thanks in advance, I'm sort of mechanically impared.

Hey Captain Jack,

I have them about 3 inches apart on my boat. They both need access to clean water.

Also put the paddle wheel flush with the bottom of the boat, but try to pick a rather level area.

Make sure you follow the mounting instructions with the transducer and the paddle wheel.
