My little sister had a mothers day that she will never forget. Last Thursday her youngest son was in a car accident. After being cut out of the car he was life flighted, in a coma with possible severe brain damage. Today he came out of the coma, all the swelling is off the brain and the doctors expect a full recovery! Sorry to spout but we are thrilled with the good news.

Gilligan.
My wife works with head injured people as a theropist. I put on a walleye fish fry for these unfortunate people about twice a year. It tears my heart out when I see these young people robbed of their youth and most often their true personalities and who will never experience anything but this controlled environment. I rejoice with you that your family will avoid dealing with this fate.

Fantastic. Thanks for the uplift.
One of our boys was in a bad wreck 3 years ago, with the girl that will be his wife in June of 2003. She was ejected, and a witness told me that when Adam's Camero flipped ejecting Kerri, Adam was protruding from just above the knees through the T-top. When the car come down on it's top, he knew Adam was crushed. But neither was admitted to the hospital. The dirt pushed Adam back inside and the car stopped 3' from where Kerri was laying.
I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes, just remembering the situation.
Many of us, I'm sure, can appreciate your post.
