Question

Well, I just had this question asked to me again last night.

Anyone seen the 2011 brochures for AIM or the FLW? Got the MWC brochure in the mail twice, but nothing from AIM or the FLW. Other than an FLW Bass brochure. Are the AIM or FLW Walleye brochures out yet???? The MWC brochure was a good one. All eight full color pages of it. Not all fishermen are computer literate and surf the internet looking for information.

I hear that they are going to come out very soon.

I'm very happy to hear that someone has stopped killing trees with overuse and abuse of junk mail. Those that really want to fish these tournaments will find the info.

What tournaments are you signed up for?

I was talking with sonny yesterday and that subject came up and he told me that they should be out very soon. His understanding was that they are at the printer.

What tournaments am I signed up for? I don't know why that should matter?
Anyway in answer to your question:

7 FLW and MWC tournaments. The Cabelas NTC and four independent tournaments in SD, ND and MN and possibly one in Canada this fall.

As long as we are being so candid.. How many tournaments are you doing this year?

Tournament brochures are not junk mail in my book. Nor would I knock one of the few, (Paper) industries that we haven't shipped over seas yet!

Did a sport show this weekend and still fielded questions regarding AIM and the FLW. A better promotional effort is needed by both AIM and the FLW. The availability of printed brochures would be a good start.

Perhaps FLW and AIM should hire you to promote their tournaments. But I guess they wouldn't know who to contact?

No thanks. I have chosen to be a competitor. Not a tournament official. As competitors we all have the responsibility to promote competitive fishing. Indeed many of us have worked very hard at that.

Interesting. Positive suggestions are given in an attempt to move our sport forward by an anonymous source. Now all you can do is attack, ridicule and attempt to discredit the source? Full circuits would benefit all who participate as well as sponsors. So why attack a suggestion? Or the person who makes it?
That in itself leads me to the obvious question? Just what is your agenda here?

I gave you the courtesy of an answer to your questions. We are still waiting on my original return question to you? How many tournaments you are doing?

you 2 should team up, but I'm starting to doubt either of you fish.
