Can anybody tell me what a weapon lure is and where I can buy one in the western basin of lake Erie?

The weapon is made by the people who make erie-deare lures. It is a crawler harness, single blade spinner. Most bait shops in and around Port Clinton handle them. I know Rickards and Fishermans Warf have them.
