Johnny Pard makes a real nice toilet. It is mostly used by whitewater rafters.

Bucket with toilet seat on it. Dig hole to fit and deep enough for a week and leave some space for fill dirt when leaving, and insert bucket part way down. When ready to leave, remove bucket, hide in a inconspicuous spot for next year, and cover hole with dirt.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention to cut the bottom out of the bucket! :)

Hello: Before you go you must try out what you want to use, you may find it's not what you want. We thought anything with a 5 gallon bucket just didn't get the job done. I used to hunt the Ontario spring bear season . Camped out on an Island for 2 weeks. We used a 50 gallon plastic barrel that we cut out the bottom and shortened it, cut a hole on the top for a regular toilet seat. dug a little pit under it. We used biodegradable chemicals and paper and put dirt on it occasionally. Covered the pit with dirt after we were done. Then we would hide it in the woods for the next year. It worked excellent. Stack three - four together to increase height. Dig holes if you like but still drive wooden stakes into ground for bracing. Cheep, or in some cases free 5 gallon buckets can be had from Mc Donalds empty pickle buckets.
