Just getting a feel for nite trolling, Whats everybodys favorite cranks for nite troling? Colors and such too. Fishing clear water with lots of rocks and small basin's between islands, Already know that the eyes are holding to the base of the rocks in 15-20' of water, during the day. Assuming they move out over the basin and suspend shallower...

Without a doubt, my #1 is the #14 Husky Jerk with a black back and gold sides. Lots of big walleye at Sturgeon Bay and LBDN as well as other smaller lakes.

Smithwick Suspending Rogue, Storm Thunderstick, Rapala #14 Husky Jerk, Original Rapalas, Rebel Jointed Fastracs, Bagley Bag-o-lure, and Reef Runners. My number one choice is Purple Prism Storm Thunderstick. I like lures that generally make some kind of noise. There was a time when I didn't think that color made a difference, but now I believe that it does. I like fishing these lures right over the weed tops if I can or on the edge. I change lures until the fish tell me that I found the right one.

My personal favorites (based on success) are rattling crank baits. Depending on depth the "rattlin fat raps" and the "rattle tots" have put numerous marble eyes in my boat after sundown. Firetiger and perch patterns have worked best, hot orange bellies are common between the two lures. Also, one overlooked feature, both have very durable lips that can take a beating such as periodic bottom contact. This coupled with an erratic wide wobble, rattles, and a dash of flash may be the secret formula. No question that #14 gold husky jerks are also lethal, again the hot orange belly may be a visual factor for the walleyes. Let em go..let em gro...best of luck!
