On my 23 footer I have a mercury I/O and on my 14 footer I have a Johnson 25 outboard. Some people say I can go either way (but that's only for boat motors).

Have a Mariner.
Couldn't vote for Merc for a simple reason.
It's Grey--Doesn't show water spots as bad, and ya can't fry an egg on it like the Black ones in July.
