Hi Fellow Boaters,
I wanted to share something I found out tonight when I was cleaning out my 2010 Lund Sport Angler. My yellow lab and my Beagle are always fishing with me and they make a mess out of my boat with all the dog hair. It seems like Starr and Maggie shed 365 days a year. We just got done with a week long vacation and we fished everyday all week. Needless to say I was dreading getting the dog hair out of the side wall carpet. I had the wife pick up a "Shedbuster" tool that you use for getting the the undercoat off your dog. Man let me tell you it took me 10 minutes and my boat carpet was dog hair free. Just about any large department store will have these, I paid 19.95 for mine and I am sure their are other makes you could use, try it out - you will be amazed.

Furminator is another brand of the same thing. Careful not to overuse these as that can be bad for their coat, that's what my vet told me anyway.

Try a product called Optima 365 when you feed your dogs to reduce dander and shedding by up to 71 percent. My vet recommended it, my dog loves it and it has significantly reduced the dander and shedding.
