A couple of years back I bought some painted 3/8 ounce swim jigs made from the Do-It SWM-3-A Swim Jig mold and I would like to purchase some more, but I'm having a tough time finding any of that size already made and painted. Does anyone know where I could purchase some of these?

Thanks.

Northland Tackle has a couple jigs that look alot like the one you are asking about. One is called a fire eye grub and the other is called a forage minnow jig. Google Northland Tackle and you will find an online catalog that you can check out thier stuff. The fire eye grub looked the most like the swim jig you are asking about but I am unsure of the weight because they only listed the hook sizes.

Thanks for the response. The fire-eye grub does look similar. I sent an email off to Northland asking about the sizes the jigs come in. Thanks again!

Hey no problem. Always willing to help. You might also want to google Jig A Whopper. They have a jig that resembles it also. I believe it is called a walleye hogger. It comes in some nice colors but again I am unsure of weights. I think HT tackle is the distributor now. Good Luck Rob

Thanks again, Rob! I sent an email out to HT inquiring about sizes - unfortunately I haven't heard anything back yet from Northland Tackle.

Here is a link to the jig on Northlands website.

I have some of these however I am working off memory when I write this so I may not exact on weight to sizing but I believe I am close on the weight of the jig as relating to the hook size.

As you noted Northland would be resource to confirm the actual weight of the jig.

#12 - 1/64 oz

#10 - 1/32 oz

#8 - 1/16 oz

#6 - 1/8 oz

#4 - 1/4 oz
