Does anyone know if Aim has a Plan for next year and if they have new Sponsors to boost their Tourney Trail? I'm just wondering because someone is selling their share of ownership.

Good question How would you place value on that share
Do you look at how many % the field is down from a full field and deduct that of the origanal purchase price ?

to place a value on stock that doesn't make any money. It is not a laughing matter for those who stuck $5,000 into the thing.

kind of has the smell of insider trading doesn't it ? Someone knows they are going under and wants to bail out and get whatever he can for his share.

To all of you bashing the Aim ad-this is Rod Putnam from Billings Montana. I posted this ad and have been working with AIM for over a year on selling my ownership. Aim is not in trouble to my knowledge or not going to cancel tournaments in 2012. My situation living out west in Montana has not allowed me to compete in the events so have decided to sell my ownership-THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY HARD FEELINGS!!. So any rumors about AIM being in trouble are false and totally out of line. Any comments can be directed to me personally-leave Aim out of this. Rod

Okay…I’ll bite.

How much have the dividends been that you received from owning this “stock” over the past three years? No investor will buy stock without knowing the past and current performance of the stock. I’m going to guess that the return has been 0% and the future outlook is 0%

I own stock in GE but I’m not going to try to sell it because I live too far away from the factory and can’t go there and make light bulbs.

If you can prove that the stock has performed over the past three years I will contact you to buy it. You are asking someone to purchase the piece of paper (all it is worth at the moment…if that) for 30% less than your original cost (it has lost value) in hopes that it will start making a return with a company that fully operates for only 15 days a year…good luck with that. In all reality you own a piece of nostalgia…that is all it is at the moment…if the stock has not provided returns it is worth pennies.

It would seem to me that this would be an excellent opportunity for those who support AIM to step forward and pick up a bargain. One can become an investor at $1500.00 off the regular price? Not a bad deal. Doesn't just a lifetime AIM membership cost $4000.00? Here you could have all your future membership fees waived for just $3500.00? How about it? A deal like this may not become available again.
The seller has indicated valid reasons for wishing to sell. The time to jump on this deal is now!
How about you Mr. Fellegy?

Another worthless thread by guys with to much time on their hands. :stirthepot:

Selling his stock is no different then selling a car. The buyer will determine the value. If you aren't interested in the stock shut up and move to the next thread.

Time to grow up guys. You come across as a bunch of bickering little kids.

Yeah, it's like selling a car that gets 1 mile to the gallon, burns 4 quarts of oil and looses 100 pounds of air pressure in the tires every 3 miles.

Shame on everyone for having a little fun with truth...for shame!
