There are lots of options for deep water-- jigs, blade baits, three-way rigs, deep-diving crankbaits-- but don't get too hung up on fishing only the deep water. I've caught a lot of big walleyes in 10-15 feet of water in the daytime, in a river with holes up to 60 feet deep. I'll usually start looking around 16-21 feet and then move shallower or deeper depending on wind, clouds, etc.

For most depths under 25 feet the easiest presentation seems to be a bottomwalker and worm/spinner.

Good luck
