For any who think the water level is high enough this year to not worry. I know a guy that was running home last weekend and hit Crib Reef. Messed the boat up pretty good. Crib Reef is marked by a Green (Barrel)

Further clarification on Crib Reef shallow spots. The shallow spots are actually about 1/2 to 3/4 mile southwest of where the Green Marker #7 sits. There are multiple shallow humps around 3 foot of water. Problem will be when there are 3-5' larger waves.
There has been a orange marker bouy near the shallow humps for about a week or so but this was placed there by a fisherman. It's actually a plastic TIDE detergent bottle.
Crib Reef is responsible for lots of prop / lower unit work every year.

3' to 5's make it worse but there wasn't even 1'r's Sunday.

Think your right Airwave. Believe there is a 2 foot hump, 2 friends hit it last year.
