Is Kayak snagging a I.G.F.A catgorie?

I may have found a new pass time on the Red River, casting for Kayak's. They come in a lot of neat colors and when hooked they swim like ##### to get away! But so far 40 LB big game line and a 13" surf caster rod seems to turn them well! Must not be considered game because I didn't see a limit in the book?

Anyone have a good Kiack recipe? (:

They seem to prefer sunny days and fast water, sight fishing is easy, look for the black fin's flashing in the sun.

They are pesky critters, much like those Jetskyfish, but not quit as fast!

This kayak snagging sounds funner than my new sport. I'm trying to cast a 1 ounce sinker on a line drive to stun the elusive waterskierfish in the forehead area. I dont think I'm leading em far enough. They swim much faster than the kayaks do.
