My partner and I were prefishing for the Team Walleye Tournament at the Jamestown Res. in Jamestown, ND. At about noon our water pump went out. We cruised in with our 9.9 at about 5 mph and loaded out boat and headed to town to Dales Motor Sports, the local marine dealer. We got there at about 12:45. A friend on the water told us to ask for Casey or Sheldon. We found Casey and he told us to bring the boat around back and back it into the service bay, Sheldon will be right back. 5 minutes later Sheldon arrives and begins to work on the motor. In less then 1 hour we were out of the shop and headed back to the lake. I know this is rare and that is why it was such a treat to be treated like we were the owners. My partner tiped the service tech and also made an announcement at the rules meeting about the great service he received. It's easy to complain about problems but always nicer to be able to say thanks for a job well done!
