Lakemaster CD's to MMC cards

To all at WC,
Spoke to a rep. at Lakemaster today as I needed codes to put my Lake Erie and Lake Ontario maps onto my labtop. No problem with costumer service. During my conversation with her, I asked her about when these maps would be put on MMC cards for Lowrance X-15 units and she told me they are working on that as we speak. They need to work out a few details with the chip company. I was put on the e- mailing list so when this does get resolved I will know first hand. If you would like to get on the list call 1-320-632-6300. Let them know that you are waiting for the MMC cards for these units and it might help speed things up. Hope everyone had a great 4th. This certainly is great news. More competition in this area will hopefully cause everyone to improve upon their products in a timely fashion. I've been using Lakemaster software on my computer for awhile now and truly love it. It's just a little buggy but I'm capable of working around it's short comings. I hope it's "on the water" accuracy is of high quality. The maps have great detail and along with good GPS accuracy it will be a big hit.

This is very good news for all of us.
