Try Chief Lake Lodge. They do have an internet site. www.ChiefLakeLodge.com They have a real nice resort area. Plenty of cabins nice bar/resturaunt. Or check out www.chippewaflowage.com

My only suggestion about a place not to stay is LCO Herman's Landing. It was bought by the Lac Courte Orielle indians. I wouldn't care about it except for the fact that they do not have to pay any property or income taxes on the resort. I would have to! Same with their casinos. "IF" I could own a casino, I would have to pay all applicable taxes!!!
Enough of that. The Chippewa Flowage is an awesome body of water. You can always find a spot to fish with no traffic.

Do you like to camp? If so, we have stayed at Lake Chip Campgrounds. They are located across the street from Herman's Landing and are pretty central to the fishing and other interests. Many guides camp there. Good place, nice people and reasonable prices. The walleye bite on the Chip has been great this year (reliable second hand info). Enjoy!

Treelands is nice but I like Hermans Landing due to it's central location on the flowage plus the neck down area in front of the lodge is a great area for fishing when you don't feel like traveling far with bad weather on the horizon.
