I am wrestling with this purchase decision. Does the depth tracking feature work as well in practice as it seems to in theory? What have your experiences been and what would you recommend? Thank you , EJ

Each of your choices of motors does different things; which is your reason for buying?? Compare apples to oranges..
Pinpoint has a system and depends on how much of it you need.
Yes, it does what it claims.

Both units do what they claim. Tr-1 by Nautimatic is the best for gas operated motors. Wind and heavy seas do not effect the performance. Absolutely the greatest product for a troller.
