Little Walleyes gorging on my leeches

Anybody have any ideas how to avoid all the 14"
eyes and get into something more substantial?
Been using 3/8 oz jigs and leeches in approx 10'
on weed edges and drops. Caught over twenty last
night but nothing legal. Tried some crankbaits but no luck open to suggestions Mike

This is silly, but I'd move. Probably go deeper for bigger ones during day.
