Is anyone familiar with the Cabela's Triple Mount Rod Holders? How well do they work? Do they hold up fine? I'm looking for something that is going to be quickly and easily removed. Am I still better off installing separate bases vs. the triple setup in one base. I would be using the holders for planerboard fishing.
Also, which holders do you prefer, the Quickdraw or regular style (360 HT)?
Are there any other systems you like better?
Any input appreciated,

I've used them this season. I find them a little crowded for three rods, but great for two each. I'm using the 360 HDs with the triples and like them just fine. I use the quick draws with my downriggers and they're great in that application. I find that I prefer the HDs as a plain rodholder over the quick draws. The triple as a system is just about perfect for trolling bottom bouncers.

I have used this system for 2 years now. Great for pulling lead core and/or jet divers/deep six's trolling in the great lakes for salmon. I also like them when sitting in holes on the river, drifting lures or droping spawn. As for the quick draws they are great for new people who do not know how to get a dipsey rod out of the holder and for quick hook sets with dropper, spawn bags. If you are running though, they can give out in rough water and the pole comes down and smacks you in the head.
I agree they are better with 2 rods, especially open faced, but serve a great purpose holding 3 rods until you get there and set up.
