New Tackle Idea

I have an idea for a tackle component that I think would be an improvement over current systems for weighting live bait rigs, three way rigs and snap weights. Unfortunately for me, I am not particularily handy, so I have no way of pre-fabbing a demo. Nor do I have contacts that could help me get started. What I am looking for is some possible contacts that I could discuss my idea with to see if it is feasible. Anybody with contacts in the tackle business would be helpful. Thanks.
