Hey buddy,

I checked the catalog at work and yes the Pa's lures can be ordered...that's the good news..the bad news is that they can only be ordered ten per card @ 3.38 each..meaning 33.80 per card. They do not sell them seperately.
Colors available were:
Chartreuse
Chartreuse Green
Purple Blue
Fire Tiger
Rainbow
Perch
Watermelon
and Candy Cane
Oh, and another note...they were only available in 5/8 oz.
