I started out with new bateries (Interstate group 29's) and a new Guest 2623 charger, figured I shouldn't have any problems. I check my battery fluid after each charge and there always boiled out. I don't mean a little I end up replacing up to a gallon in each battery. Can this be prevented? If so how? this is a 24 volt system.
I experienced the same problem with my last charger and it ruined the batteries. Thanks in advance for any info....
You either have a bad charger, or it is improperly wired. A properly operating Guest charger cannot boil a battery.

As Hans said, this is not correct. Contact Sue at Guest. She should be able to help you.
